A. International Orders take 14 - 21 working days depending on your location
European Orders take 3 - 5 working days.
Q. What payment options do we accept?
A. We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, eChecks & bank transfers.

All prices are in Euros, but if you pay in another currency, Paypal automatically does the conversion.
Q. Is it safe to purchase products on our site?

Q. What’s our return policy if you change your mind?
A. We are happy to refund or exchange your item if you change your mind, provided the item is unworn and in new condition. All you have to do is email us at shop@frustone.com and obtain a ‘Return ID Number’ return the item within 7 days of accepting delivery and pay the shipping costs.
