This is the story of Frustone:

In 2007 a Zimbabwean born/ Australian raised girl decided to put a little money into traveling. Along the way she meets an Italian guy, first words exchanged… ‘Hey Frustone!’  They get together, head to a tiny city in Northern California called Petaluma for work (Italian guy is a director/editor). While living in a converted barn in the middle of a farm, they come up with the idea to create the ‘World of Frustone’. A collaboration of people they have met on their travels who are creative and have the ability to tell stories through their work (aka ‘The Frustone Crew’).

Their mission:

1.      To take the culture of the t-shirt and print everything that is ‘Frustone’ on it.

2.      To build a business that provides products for our customers that are environmentally sustainable and socially responsible.

Why the word Frustone?

The word ‘Frustone’ pronounced ‘Froo-ston-eh’ is an Italian word which originated in Tuscany. It is a word that has no semantic cage, it can describe & adapt to every person, every place, and every situation. You determine the meaning by the tone of your voice and expression on your face.
